For the first time in what feels like ages—certainly since I started Six Catalysts—I’m taking some time off. Thankfully, two very special people convinced me by deciding to tie the knot on a beach somewhere remote. Ain’t no cellphone coverage in this land of pina coladas and SPF200 (my ancestors are from the frosted peaks and valleys of frigid vistas—so my natural resistance to UV radiation is…somewhat lacking).

25 Nov —> results and analysis of a content experiment I’ve been running on Linkedin (marketing analytics and brand building)
27 Nov —> an interview with Reed Hansen, Founder of MarketSurge.io
2 Dec —> return to our regular weekly features with a special on building meaningful CSR (customer service relationships). Or as I call it, “How to Transform Customer Service from a Cost Centre to a Profit Centre”
Later in December —> date unconfirmed, but I’m working on a special collaborative feature with a brilliant Substacker on how to recruit and onboard exceptional talent. More to follow.
